Here your community can list FAQ's for old and new residents alike. An association can have a FAQ webpage that gives general information about the community and its governance. Associations may also want to add a webpage when a large project will be taking place to answer FAQ's about the project.

  • What is a Homeowner's Association?
    A Homeowner's Association is a non-profit corporation that is managed by an elected Board of Directors. An Association's purpose is to maintain the common areas of the Association and govern the community in accordance with the Association's governing documents

    How much is the monthly HOA fee and when is it due?
    Dues are $250.00 per month and are due on the 1st of each month. Payments that are not received by the 15th of the month will be assessed a late charge of $25.00.

    When is trash day?
    Trash day is on Tuesday every week. Please do not put out your trash any earlier than 6pm on Monday evening.
